SHOUT OUTS

Thanks to all our patrons and everyone in the Runcation Nation for your support and encouragement. Because of you, we have been able to keep the show going over the last two years, and now that the races are returning, we look forward to meeting up with you, too!

Congratulations to Susie Beck, who completed the Bozeman Half Marathon.

Darlene has done it again! She completed the Patriots Run in Overland Park, Kansas, to get that state on the map!

Congratulations to Dawn Broussard! She did miles for her 2022 Virtual Midnight Sun Marathon since she couldn’t be there in person.

Congratulations to Kelly Anderson, who did back-to-back races last weekend. She completed the Gulf Beach Half in Connecticut and the Surftown Half in Rhode Island.

Emily O’Keefe completed the Surftown Half, too!

Rhonda Lee completed the Cape Breton Fiddlers Half Marathon, too!

Congratulations to so many who completed the Bird-In-Hand Half Marathon as well. Tom Stover from Will Run For Podcast, Bob Raichle from the Rise and Run Podcast, friend of our show Kevin Gwin of the Extra Mile Podcast, JD from JD’s Big Fat Running Journey, patron of the show Roxanne Baggott… to name a few!

RUN, EAT, AND DRINK

This week we are joined by Mark Janik, founder of Destination Marathons.  Destination Marathons is the place for you to find a team ready and waiting to help you create the perfect race experience. Leave it to Mark and his team to create a VIP weekend for you so you can focus on the race and celebrate your accomplishment after crossing that finish line.

Mark took the time to talk with us about his connection to running, what inspired him to start Destination Marathons, and what you can expect from an experience with his fantastic organization.
