RUN

This week, we are training for a race weekend that is near and dear to our hearts.  This is a weekend we are returning to after it had to go virtual last year:  The Jeff Galloway Half Marathon Weekend.  We discuss our training and preparation for the race weekend, which we hoped would be better than it really was, and what we are thinking our strategy will be for the weekend’s events.

EAT

We are talking about a holiday tradition in the Coston household:  Eggnog-Panettone Bread Pudding.  What great bread puddings have we had in the past during runcations?  More importantly, why is this one our favorite to make for the holidays?  It is a recipe we discovered on Food Network years ago that we make and take to family gatherings.  We break it down this week.

DRINK

We have talked about holiday drink recipes in the past.  This week, we talk about the time we got introduced to a holiday favorite beer now that we can have beer again.  Shiner Cheer is only available at the holidays, made in Shiner, Texas, and is so hard to find here in Florida.  But we got some and we talk about why we love it on this week’s show.

THAT’S A WRAP!

Thank you for listening! We are looking forward to YEAR NUMBER 5 of the podcast because of all your support! Don’t forget to follow us and let us know where to find you next on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
